Intellectual Property Ownership

Ownership before payment: All intellectual property rights related to the services we provide—including but not limited to designs, code, graphics, documentation, and other deliverables—remain the property of KONJEC Labs until full payment has been received.

Transfer of rights: Once payment is completed in full, ownership of the final deliverables (excluding third‑party tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the project) is transferred to the client.

Timelines & estimates: Any timelines, cost estimates, or project outcomes provided are based on our best judgment but are not guarantees. External factors such as client delays, third‑party platform issues, or unforeseen technical challenges may impact delivery.

Third‑party dependencies: We are not responsible for issues arising from third‑party hosting, plugins, libraries, or services used in a project.
